Hello, I'm Lisa Randolph, a military spouse and a proud transplant to Brick, NJ. Having experienced life in New York, Georgia, Alabama, and now New Jersey, I can confidently say that there's no place quite like the Garden State. From the stunning summer beaches to the majestic winter mountains for skiing, and with three major metropolitan airports conveniently situated in between, this truly is the perfect place to raise our family.

My journey in real estate began as a result of my personal experience with owning and renting investment properties. Being a military spouse, I've had the opportunity to live in four different states and have bought and sold six homes along the way. These experiences have given me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the financial growth that can be achieved through strategic decisions in the home buying and selling process. I have personally implemented various strategies such as house hacking, Airbnb, remote property management, and 1031 Exchange, all of which have contributed to my own success.
